Anonymous Call Rejection Residential: $3.00

With Caller ID service you want to see the identity of the calling party. However, some people choose to block the identity of their number. ACR routes all calls from blocked numbers to a recorded announcement advising the caller that you do not accept calls from ‘private’ or ‘blocked’ telephone numbers.
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *77. You’ll hear a tone confirmation indicating that your feature has been activated.
To Deactivate:
  • Listen for Dial tone.
  • Press *87. You’ll hear a tone confirmation indicating that your feature has been deactivated.
NOTE: Callers who wish to unblock their information must hang up and dial *82 before calling you back. This feature does not block unknown, unavailable or out of area calls.
Call Block
Residential: $4.00

Allows you to program a list of up to (12) numbers from which calls are to be rejected or blocked. Incoming callers on the list are routed to an announcement informing them that you do not wish to receive calls.
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *60 to access main menu.
  • Continue following the prompts to establish your list
  • Press 3 to turn service on/off.
Call Forward Busy

If you are called and your line is busy, the incoming call will automatically be forwarded to a pre-selected number.
Call Forwarding
Residential: $2.75
Business: $3.75
Forward incoming calls to another number. (When active, Call Forwarding overrides all other types of Call Forward.)

To Activate:
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *72. Listen for dial tone.
  • Dial the telephone number where you want your calls forwarded (include area code if necessary). When the telephone rings and is answered, Call Forwarding is established.
  • If you receive a busy signal or no answer on the first try, hang up and repeat the first three steps. After dialing the number a second time, you will hear three short tones. Call Forwarding is now established.
To Deactivate:
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *73. Three short tones will indicate that Call Forwarding has been cancelled.
Note: Incoming calls will generate one short ring to remind you the feature is active. Incoming calls cannot be answered until the feature is deactivated. Call Waiting will not work while Call Forwarding is active You can still make calls from your telephone while Call Forwarding is active. If calls are forwarded to a long distance telephone number, long distance charges will apply.
Call Forwarding Don’t Answer

With this service your telephone may ring up to six times and the incoming call will automatically forward to the number you have selected.
Call Forwarding Remote Activation
Residential: $2.75

Activate or deactivate your Call Forwarding from anywhere. Requires 4-digit pin number.
  • To access inside Millington Telephone Service area, listen for dial tone. Press *54
  • Enter your seven-digit telephone number.
  • Enter your four-digit PIN.
Note: Remote Access of Call Forwarding outside of Millington Telephone area dial 872-0007.

Call Number Delivery Block-Perm
Free with a private number.
This allows the Telephone Company to block your call information. This is added so we can offer the blocking on a per line basis.
Call Return

When you miss a call, the number of the last person who called you can be automatically called back.
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *69. This will automatically call back the last incoming call, excluding long distance calls. If the number is busy, your phone will continue dialing the number for 30 minutes or until you cancel by pressing *89.
Call Selection

Create a list of up to 12 numbers. Your phone will ring with a distinctive pattern to alert you that one of your important numbers is calling.
  • Listen for Dial tone.
  • Press *61 to access main menu.
  • Continue following the prompts to establish your list.

Call Tracing

Call Waiting

When you’re on the phone, a tone lets you know another call is coming in.
  • A short tone will let you know a second call is coming in. To answer the second call ( and place the first call on hold ) quickly press the switch-hook / flash button and the second caller will be on the line.
  • By quickly depressing the switch-hook / flash button you can alternate between calls.
Note: To cancel Call Waiting before you place a call, Dial *70. After hanging up Call Waiting is automatically re-established.
Call Waiting ID

Know who’s calling even when you are on the line.
  • A short tone lets you know that a second call is waiting. The calling party hears the usual ringing signal. The calling party’s telephone number / name will appear on your display.* If you choose to answer the call, the number will remain on the display screen until you or the caller hangs up.

Preferred Call Forward

Create a list of telephone numbers (up to 12) you wish to forward to another number. Only those calls will follow you to your destinations. All other calls will ring through to your regular number.

  • Press *63 to access main menu. Continue following the prompts to establish your list.

Repeat Dialing Residential: $4.00

Redials busy numbers and alerts you with a special ring when they are available.
  • Listen for dial tone.
  • Press *66. This will automatically call back the last outgoing call.
To Deactivate:
  • Listen for Dial tone.
  • Press * 86. You will hear a recorded announcement advising you that Repeat Dialing is deactivated.
Note: When the line is busy, you will hear a recorded announcement advising you that the line will be checked for up to 30 minutes. When the line is free, you will hear a unique ring. Lift handset and the called party’s line will ring.

Teen Service

Two telephone numbers are associated with a single line. You can receive calls dialed to two separate telephone numbers without having a second line. The separate telephone numbers are identified by a different ringing pattern. Any and all long distance calls are charged to the main telephone number.
Three Way Calling
Residential: $2.75

Talk to two different people in different locations at the same time.
  • Press the Flash key or Hook switch. This will put the party you are talking to on hold.
  • You will hear three short tones, then a steady dial tone.
  • Dial the party you wish to add to your conversation.
  • When the party answers, press the Flash key or Hook switch. You will then be connected to both parties.
